Fantastic Four was the first time I ever saw the lovely Ioan Gruffudd, and having seen him in other movies with something just a little closer to his natural accent, it's just a little odd to hear him with an American accent.

But he's still so very lovely. Especially with the grey hair at the temples. And so much more in lust with Victor than Susan.

Oh, I have seen Hornblower! But this was the first thing I ever saw him in, and so it's funny to go back and see him again now - or rather, hear him!

Ah!
I had been meaning to ask, when exactly will you be over in Britain? At the moment I am planning another trip, this time to Hampshire and Dorset, both of which are Jack Aubrey country (as well as Thomas Hardy and Jane Austen) and will be around the first two weeks in June. :D

Right now, I'm planning to be there next fall/early winter, either in Greenwich or Exeter, depending on what works out.

Your trip sounds wonderful! I'm definetly much more of an Austenphile now as well, and so there are so many more things to enjoy this next time around. It would have been even better if we had been going at the same time!

Greenwich or Exeter. What great venues! From Greenwich you can go to London and Portsmouth and from Exeter you have not only smuggler's country, it should also be only two to three hours to take you to Dorset where you can have a Jack Aubrey feeling in the area of Blandford.
And then there is a small town of Keyhaven, which even has an Aubrey House. *g*
Will you be stayin for a year?

I like your icon.

(I also rather like your layout.)

Thank you! Can't take credit for the icon, but I'm rather proud of the layout - it was part of my Bicentennial, erm, obsession last year. I'm still shocked I don't have Popham's flags memorized!

Yeah, hee, I can tell. *likes it*

*looks at your favorites* Is the BBC Trafalgar clip they put up gone now, or is it just moved? I had it bookmarked but it stopped working.
