So what is the big deal with Gmail anyway? What sets it apart from the other Web e-mail services? There seems to be a bit of a hubbub about it, so I'm curious.
I love Gmail. People need to take the invites from me, because I'm tired of them. :P
Reasons I love Gmail: 1. It's free. 2. It has POP access OR auto-forwarding. 3. It's labeling system is great, instead of folders you stick a label on each message, and can then search for it, or click a label and get a listing of everything with that lable. 1 piece of mail and also have multiple labels! 4. Google search for your e-mail. It's wonderful.
I'm sure there's more, but I just love it. :) Try it out!
Artyartie, I know I should email you about this instead of posting an OT comment, but hotmail's being a bitch. (again) I'm next in line for the shrine challenges but next week is my school's vacation. I'm headed to this microscopic island in the Indian ocean for a little sunning and funning, but I doubt there's internet access. By any chance, would you mind switching weeks with me? You take my turn this Thursday (24th) and I'll take yours the next week? It would really make things easier. Let me know ASAP if that's okay.
