If I was going to go blind, I'd want it to be from something a little more, well, enjoyable.

I sooo did not need to read that...

A) I am sensitive about eyes - when it comes to eyeball violence or surgery on the eye, gehhhhhh....... *shudders*

B) I'm near sighted

C) I'm currently working on two Power Point presentations, as well as a programming/computing project for one class...and that's outside of the work I'm still trying to do on my research (more time spent at the computer)

D) In addition to the near sighted comment...I already have problems with dry eye, which means occasionally they hurt a little (and near the end of the summer, one even got so bad I temporarily had double vision...made sure to get eye drops so it doesn't get that bad again)

One more fear for the list of semi-rational fears...

Heh, being a computer-bound myopic with lattice degerneration of the retina (instead of a solid sheet, as it should be, my retinas look like pie lattices) I shouldn't be so flippant myself.

Totally random, but is the cat in your icon Punkin?

I can tell that you haven't spent much time around the cats in a while ;)

The cat in the picture is Loki, the day of his very first vet visit after we adopted him and Odin, when we took them into the office so M's coworkers could meet them.

That's Loki! Oh my God, I haven't been around the cats in a while!

I should really take some pictures of Xander, big, fuzzy, orange cuddle-whore that he is.
