Sleeeepy..
Nov. 15th, 2004 05:03 pmBut as I can't go home quite yet, I'll have a cup of Raspberry Gardens green tea. You have to love Celestial Seasonings, even when they discontinue the blends I like. I will forever mourn the loss of Orange Mango Zinger - those bastards!
Two more weeks until GRE-Day. I've found a very helpful Web site for vocab review here, which may help any of you thinking of college or grad school and the extreme suckiness that is standardized testing. So today's post is brought to you by the adjective recondite, meaning learned, profound and difficult to understand.
For sanity breaks I want to finish up my CCS/Richard Jury crossover (here's a cookie for the one person who read it and a pat on the head for the "what the *hell?!?*" I know is coming from someone..) - it's all in my head and just needs to make the reluctant transition to my fingers. Because once that's done there are other things I can start on. Maybe I'll post it here as it's finished, because I have a feeling it may be longer than I expected.
Well, now it is time to go home! And 'mellifluous', one of my favorite words, was one of my last vocab words in the review. Maybe this day can end well after all!

Date: 2004-11-16 12:48 am (UTC)Glad to hear you're making progress on the getting into grad school. While I'm behind where'd I'd like to be on the getting out of grad school, I'm still slowing down for a bit -- I'll share more of that later; for now, you should enjoy the tea and the getting back to school and stuff.
