This week new chapters to 'Queer Eye' and 'The One Thing' should be up. Despite the deciding lack of response to the last TsukimineShrine challenge, I'm not going to be a cranky ff.net writer and withhold because of minimal reviews. Perhaps because of my love for both series, I truly enjoyed writing that, which could explain the 6,000+ word count. Though [livejournal.com profile] cygna_hime, thank you for the review and encouragement. The next chapter and all the banter are yours. I believe the vast majority of the rest of my CCS fic will be centered around the quartet in England, with occasional cameos from Melrose and a few others. I truly enjoy writing Eriol/Kaho fluff and I adore Nakuru. She's a deep, black ray of sunshine.

And so if anyone is reading this *drops a pin* Here's an extra treat - the first bit of the newest chapter of Queer Eye.

A somewhat quieter Yue and a seemingly content Jai emerged from the Sasakuza station a half-hour later. It was a short walk to the school; only a moment later, they saw the sign for the Kimura Shiatsu Institute.

A diminutive woman met them as they stepped inside and slipped off their shoes (which Yue did with much difficulty, and barely kept from levitating off the entryway). Jai may have been a stranger but they greeted each other warmly.
Even in Japan, the young man was still treated like everyone’s little brother. Everyone’s gay little brother.

Both Yue and Jai changed into comfortable cotton shirts and loose pants – the moon guardian looked slightly chagrined, however, that he seemed to have ended up with the pink shirt.

“At least it doesn’t have a bunny on it,” Jai pointed out, trying to be helpful, which incurred a frosty glare from Yue. “Just trying to be positive!”

“I think if you were anything but as irritatingly positive as you are, space and time would tear itself apart – and you’d still be smiling.” Yue crossed his hands over his chest as they entered the small but well-lit massage room.
