I feel pretty, oh so pretty...

Maybe it's hormones. Maybe it's this oh-so-gorgeous lavendar mohair sweater with a rhinestone pin I'm wearing. But I feel very girly today - so much that I'd really love to have an a-line, knee-length skirt, garters, heels and a string of pearls to complete the ensemble. For someone who was once the anti-foo-foo-girl, I'm not sure what unknown head injury caused this relapse, but somedays, I just *like* it.

Okay, Mayara's going to have to show me how to walk in these heels, and I have no blessed idea what an a-line is yet, but other than that, I'm ready to go. Why are my co-workers looking at me funny? Put that away!

a) I'd have to learn how to walk in heels first

b) "a-line, knee-length skirt" is one item of clothing; "a-line" refers to the cut/shape of the skirt

I've always thought you'd do thigh-high boots before you did heels, myself.
