Squee!

Much love and thanks to the anonymous giver of two months of paid LJ time! If the committer of the random act of kindness identifies him or herself, there will be a story or icon or a box of cookies in thanks! But if you choose to stay hidden, know that you have made the ending of my day just wonderful. :)

Oh, and [livejournal.com profile] cygna_hime? I'm taking Tomoyo and Naoko back - have big plans for them tonight...

Gomen nasai! I read "what" instead of "when" - and the Bicentennial is the 21st of October. I'm just too used to these ignorant philistines in Denver!

*wibbles* Mr. Darcy! Though I'm more of a Colonel Brandon girl myself. ;)

i fully respect col. brandon. i definitely like him better than bingley, that's for sure. i decided while watching the a&e version for the hundreth time last saturday that he needs much more screen/book time. austen hardly does him justice!

just a question, but have you ever read the thursday next books? i have a feeling you might enjoy them, though i could be wrong... i certainly liked them.

I haven't read the Thursday Next books, but I've been wanting to read them for a while. Lately, I've been devouring books - and those have certainly been teasing my palate when I see them in the bookstore! Besides, when you find a good series, you're just thrilled.

I read the comment in your journal about swords - you should really read The Fencing Master. The ending had my heart beating faster, and it's just so well written. And if you can take a fencing class, do it! I took a beginning foil course and it was incredible - a real mental and physical workout!
